SIERRA LEONE: African Football Legend Didier Drogba reacts to Sierra Leone Mudslide

African football legend Didier Drogba has reacted to the recent tragic mudslide that occurred in Sierra Leone which took the lives of more than 400 people with over 800 still missing in the country. The tragic incident which took place on August 14 in Freetown came as a shock to many African countries considering the number of lives lost and also the numbers of people still missing.

Didier Drogba however took to his twitter handle to react to the silence from international communities on the tragic incident while concurring that if this were to happen in Paris, hashtags of PrayForParis would be everywhere.

This happened just after the week of national mourning ended with the Authorities burying over 461 affected victims in quickly dug graves in the nearby Waterloo Cemetry very close to the site where a mass burial was also carried out for the over 4,000 victims of Ebola between 2014 and 2016.
